Their meeting took place in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mau\">Mau<\/a>\u00a0in 1683, a place near\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Panna,_India\">Panna<\/a>. His nephew Dev Karanji who had met Swami Prannathji, earlier in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ramnagar,_Varanasi\">Ramnagar<\/a>, was instrumental for this meeting. Chhatrasal was highly impressed of Prannathji and became his disciple. When Maharaja Chhatrasal came to meet him, he was going for a battle against\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mughal_Empire\">Mughals<\/a>. Swami Prannathji gave him his own sword and covered his head with a scarf, saying, &#8220;You will always be victorious. Diamond mines will be discovered in your land and you will become a great emperor.&#8221; His prophecy came true and even today\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Panna_District\">Panna region<\/a>\u00a0is famous for their diamond mines. <a href=\"https:\/\/nijanand.org\/hi\/highlights-of-lord-prannathjis-divine-wisdom\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"839\">Swami Prannathji<\/a> was not only the religious Guru of <a href=\"https:\/\/chhatrasal.com\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/chhatrasal.com\">Chhatrasal<\/a>; but he guided him too in political, social, and economic matters.
